Avira Antivir....the powerful antivirus for PC and Pen Drive

Hello Friends,
I got a new Antivirus named Avira Antivir.It is a powerful antivirus.It kills all the virus in the pendrive.When I inserted my pen drive it suddenly detect the autorun virus.

To Enable Show Hidden files in the folder options

Hello friends…. Have u ever experience a problem in your folder option that unable to show hidden files and folders..It is happened due to some virus infection affected to the registry editor of your system. We are having a simple technique to solve this issues. Please use the following steps carefully to solve the problem

Steps to be Done to view all the Hidden Files and Folders·

Tools–> Folder Options · Click on View Tab Options and then select Show Hidden files and Folders These are generally the simplest way to view all the hidden files but if there any malicious script affects it will not appear because it will prevent the hidden files and folders from visible. If the normal way doesn’t work you have to follow these steps

Programs–>Start–>Run and type Regedit and enter, You will open a Registry EditorThen Navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\Folde r\Hidden\SHOWALL·

After finding these path you can able to see the file Checked Value,
Just double click the file and you have to modify the data value as DWORD Value to 1. ·

Closing the regedit then go to Tools –>Folder Options ·
Click on View Tab Options and then select Show Hidden files and Folders.

This is a simple process which I had tested in my own PC….So you can experience this and to give a good bye to virus that generating this problems……

Some Tips to remove virus from pendrive

Pl Scan your computer with a powerful antivirus before plugging pen drive Then disable the autorun of pen drive using following instructions:Pl. Note: Don’t plug your pen drive until you applying the following steps.

STEPS TO DISABLE AUTORUN WHILE PLUGGING PENDRIVE
1. Click Start > Run
2. Type “gpedit.msc”
3. Computer Configuration > Click “Administrative Templates” > Click “System” > Double-Click “Turn off Autoplay”
4. Setting tab > Check “Enabled” > Select “All drives” from the drop down menu > Apply > OkThere 4 easy steps to making sure that Autoplay (Autorun) is disabled on all your drives including the USB. That would remove the ability of people to insert a USB drive and automatically run a .exe on your computer by using a *.inf file.
For Windows XP Operating System.Then Open Control Panel >Folder option>Select View Tab 1.Select Show Hidden files and folders under Hidden files and folders
2.Unselect Hide Extension for known file types
3.Unselect Hide protected operating system files(Recommended)


Pl click Yes in the dialogue box.Then Click Apply and Ok.Then Plug your Pen Drive to the USB Port
1.Click start>Run and Enter cmdYou are redirected to command prompt.
2. a)Type the drive name say H:
b) type ATTRIB -H -R -S AUTORUN.INF
c) type EDIT AUTORUN.INF then a new window appears, delete all the contents and click on File -> Save and click on File -> Exit in the command prompt
d)type ATTRIB +H +R +S AUTORUN.INF
3. a) Type DIR/ah to show all the files in your Pen Drive.
b) In command prompt type attrib -r -a -s -h *.* and press enter. This will remove the Read Only, Archive, System and hidden file attribute from all the files.
c)Now just delete the files using the command del filename (e.g. : del Example.exe) .
Delete all suspicious files…
